The selling process started with an evaluation of the condition of the house, followed by assessment of repairs and improvements needed before putting the house on the market. Without Patti's help, it would have been very hard for me to know which work were critical for selling, and which contractors to use. Selling with Patti was a very smooth process; she took care of communication with the contractors for the fixing up and repairs (she even managed to get discounted prices on some of the work) and made sure the work was performed properly, while keeping me informed in a way that I always felt up to date on how it was progressing. Once it was time to put the house on the market, Patti's knowledge of the neighborhood (south Livermore) conditions was critical to setting an asking price that was just right; not too high or too low.
