I am not sure I can adequately express my appreciation for Patti Smylie and her help to us first-time house buyers. She was a valuable resource and my husband and I felt we could ask her any question and benefit from her experience. Patti Smylie made herself readily available to us, working with us on multiple occasions quite late into the night during our house hunt. It was a pleasure to work with someone who understood and focused on our needs. Plus her upbeat attitude was a joy! We peppered her with questions and she took them all in stride. We found ourselves looking forward to our time with Patti and can’t imagine having anyone easier to work with in purchasing a home.
