 Patti made an excellent job selling my house in Livermore CA. Her deep and profound knowledge of the Livermore housing market together with her extensive network of contractors and handymen were instrumental in a successful sell at price that was above my initial expectations. The selling process started with an evaluation of the condition of the house, followed by assessment of repairs and improvements needed before putting the house on the market. Without Patti's help, it would have been very hard for me to know which work were critical for selling, and which contractors to use. Selling with Patti was a very smooth process; she took care of communication with the contractors for the fixing up and repairs (she even managed to get discounted prices on some of the work) and made sure the work was performed properly, while keeping me informed in a way that I always felt up to date on how it was progressing. Once it was time to put the house on the market, Patti's knowledge of the neighborhood (south Livermore) conditions was critical to setting an asking price that was just right; not too high or too low. After receiving 10+ offers from prospective buyers, the actual selling of the house was a very uncomplicated process. Patti guided me through the escrow and title transfer procedures, and the sale concluded successfully without any problems. Not being used to handle the large sums of money involved in a title transfer, it was reassuring to work with Patti who have done this many times before.
