This summer 2016 may be one of the best times to purchase a home in the East Bay communities in the past four years. More homes on the market give a buyer a chance to purchase a home without competing with a have a dozen other buyers. From Mother’s Day on through Labor Day, seasonally the bay area experiences a slower pace of closed sales usually evidenced by left over spring inventory coupled with those that newly list in the summer.
